Whether you want to improve your current routine, add something new or just can't so no to a challenge, why not start today?
How it works
Each challenge has levels - for example, a 5k challenge then unlocks a 10k challenge, then 15k and so forth - moving the goal post each time and allowing you to improve your fitness skills as you go along. The challenges will have a specific fitness plan designed to reach your goal post and I'll be just a message away if you need some help or motivation.
