If you've landed on this page it means that like me, you're up for a challenge! The challenges listed below are designed for people of all ages and abilities, meaning there is something for everyone. Whether you want to improve your current routine, add something new or just can't so no to a challenge, why not start today? 

How it works

Each challenge has levels - for example, a 5k challenge then unlocks a 10k challenge, then 15k and so forth - moving the goal post each time and allowing you to improve your fitness skills as you go along. The challenges will have a specific fitness plan designed to reach your goal post and I'll be just a message away if you need some help or motivation.
