Ashley is my boyfreinds personal trainer. Wayne is a stroke suriver and is paralysed down his right arm and leg. Ashley's physical training sessions with Wayne have helped Wayne massively strengthen his muscles and has help him in his ability to learn to walk again. Ashley plays a major part in not only Wayne physical recovery but also in Wayne's mind set of motivation and determination. Ashley always gives Wayne encouragement and pushes him to his limits . Wayne also has a great rampur and relationship with Ashley as they work in their sessions together. Wayne has achived so many physical goals that Ashley has set for him. And without Ashley, Wayne would not of be as far in his recovery as he is we have total trust and respect for all the work Ashley has done with Wayne.Ashley also works on Wayne's mobility and balance which has been very challenging for Wayne but there's has been massive improvement in both thanks to his sessions with Ashley. If u are in any form of recovery after injury or have any thing that has left u with physical disability then Ashley's your MAN.

Having seen Ashley working at my local Gym and reading his promotional leaflet , I decided to book some training sessions to get help improving my flexibility and hip related issues (awaiting a hip replacement op.). Ashley has been brilliant; impressing upon me the importance of a proper warm up regime, stretches and exercises for my specific needs. He has devised a programme that really addresses all these issues and implements it with patience, humour and kindness. After just 3 sessions I can already feel an improvement, and I look forward to more sessions which will undoubtedly benefit me greatly. 🙂
