Our Exercise Referral Program is designed to help individuals with medical conditions or those at risk of developing them become more active in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. OUR EXPERTISE​

 

Our founder, Ashley, is a dedicated Level 3 Exercise Referral Personal Trainer with a deep passion for helping individuals manage and improve their health through exercise. He has successfully supported clients with high blood pressure, stroke recovery, heart conditions and more, creating tailored fitness programs designed to meet their unique needs.

For over two years, Ashley has been working with Wayne, who sadly suffered a stroke which left him paralysed on one side. Alongside his doctors & physiotherapist, Ashley has been consistently working with Wayne to strengthen his leg and glute muscles to improve his walking, mobility and range of movement in his paralysed leg and arm, plus working on his general fitness and well-being. You'll see in the video above that he is making amazing progress, smashing fitness goals including dropping over two stone in weight and hugely improving his walking, range of motion, upper body strength, his general mobility and more!
