I provide practical wellbeing support through movement, helping people stay active, engaged, and mentally-well in environments where traditional fitness approaches don’t always fit.
This includes delivering group exercise sessions, fitness-led events, and tailored wellbeing packages designed to support physical health, energy, and engagement - whether in person or digitally.
My approach is flexible, inclusive, and built around the needs of the people taking part.

I focus on inclusive, accessible wellbeing solutions that are easy to engage with and flexible enough to support shift work, desk-based roles, and varied schedules, while also creating meaningful, movement-based activities for older adults and care settings that support physical health, mental wellbeing, and social connection over the long term.
